Anshu - Global People Manager

I'm Anshu Bhargava, Global People Manager for Business Assurance and I also support the Group Diversity, Equity, Inclusion lighthouse project. Welcome to a day in my life. So this is going to be my ride for today. I should be reaching office in about 1 hour. It totally depends on Mumbai traffic and the weather conditions. Thankfully it is not raining today. We are now entering the office premises which is Equinox that's located in Kura in the heart of Mumbai. As I enter the tower 3 the DNV office is on the third floor. I begin the day by saying a quick hi to some of the Business Assurance colleagues. There are some meetings later today, so the preparation is going on. Later I also have an alignment meeting with the People Managers from the other business areas. We are looking at aspects where we can collaborate better sharing our thoughts on things that are working well and some of these challenge areas as well. The lunch had to be special today because all the colleagues and the guests were there. It's a full house as you can see, and it is so good to see everyone in the pantry and just say hi. Post lunch I had a few more meetings and some work to catch up on, some emails to finish. Some of these meetings happen virtually as I get to connect with colleagues across locations given my global role. With most of my work done I was ready to pack up and leave. So I walked back to my vehicle ready to navigate the mobile traffic once more. On my way back I often listened to music or meditate just to unwind a little bit.
