Creating culture, fostering growth.
I think the most unique thing in DNV is people, because we actually create the culture of this company and with the attitude of care, dare and share, we really make it work. I support my team throughout many different initiatives. First of all, I believe that coaching is the key when it comes to the communication. So I am a coach and I do believe that this way of speaking to people is really much helping them grow and develop. I enjoy coaching a lot because it ensures me that whatever conversation we have within a team, everybody's involved, everybody is involved in the discussion, everybody can share their opinion and come up with ideas. I believe that's people that I love the most. I enjoy working with people. I love the diversity that we have in DNV. I'm very curious about people and how they perceive things, so listening to other people's opinions and, you know, trying to understand makes it all very interesting and, you know, fun. I very much feel that I'm valued and I'm heard in DNV. I'm always supported by my manager to come up with the ideas and solutions to different situations and to drive a change pretty much. And I believe everyone here is invited to that. So on whatever position we are, we all can have an impact on our processes and on the way we work.
