I'm really proud of the team I work for. I think I work with an incredibly smart group of people. DNV is a well-known company, famous for the technical expertise provided around the world. I very much enjoy my work. It's a team of very clever Engineers that I'm very proud to be part of. I've got people who are Engineers by background, people have done PhDs, so very proud to be part of such a smart team. I love the fact I could work with people who can be trusted. One of the things I'm most proud of is growing the relationships between our organization and the customer organization. I think what I'm most proud of, I'm most proud of being female in the industry. I've came through the the severe roles and it's not common to get females doing that. And I think just working through that has built that kind of trust within the team. Earlier this year, I was able to be the project manager for the West Europe Extended Management Meeting. As someone who's relative new to the company, that was a fantastic time to meet new people. I really wanted to work in something where I felt like I was making a difference. I think that's something that the work I'm doing at DNV definitely ties into that. Coming to work every day and being around invested individuals who are bright and interested and hardworking is, something I'm proud of. I can feel with each month and year that I'm participating more, contributing more and that makes me happy and proud.
