Michael first joined DNV after a family friend encouraged him to explore a career in sales. What began as a simple opportunity quickly evolved into a meaningful path defined by teamwork, trust, and growth. Based in Houston, Texas, he has grown alongside the company, developing his skills, leading others, and making a difference for clients.

Today, Michael leads the Inside Sales team in Business Assurance, supporting clients in achieving management system certifications. His leadership style focuses on empowering people and helping each team member reach their potential. He finds purpose in seeing others succeed, whether it’s a colleague developing new skills or a client earning certification. “The best part of my job is seeing others succeed. That’s what motivates me every day,” Michael shares.
