The Story

I joined DNV as the Food and Beverage Manager, driven by my passion for service. Every day, I have meaningful conversations, listening and talking with others to help us all understand better and pick up new skills. An important part of my job is building a team that has room for everyone’s abilities, which helps us grow our certification activities and improve our training services for food companies.

We’re a strong choice for our customers because they appreciate our approach to audits. What makes a good audit? It’s about not leaving a bad impression, hiding issues, or asking questions that put people on the spot. It’s really all about support—something our team is great at, both with our customers and each other.
